My very first encounter with fashion was at a pretty young age, me being 10 or 11 years old, max. Back at that time, I only cared about what was trendy and popular (even though I legitimately considered those items truly fashionable) along my classmates, what I saw on the streets, or what other kids my age were wearing. Before that age I didn't really care on what I wore out to the streets or all around my house; it could be anything from denim shorts with cowboy boots, to a complete angel costume. Never forgetting the golden halo with matching sandals.
This changed completely by meeting a sweet, fashionable (for her age) girl named Fabiola. She, even though I don't exactly remember how, was the one who began showing me (maybe even "teaching" would be the right word to describe what she did) the importance of looking good at all times, matching my clothes properly, using the right colors, and also the importance of adding accessories to complete outfits.
Sadly, I don't longer know anything about her from a long time ago, but she definitely triggered my love, or should I rather say, passion, for fashion. I've come a long way since only caring for the looks, to actually knowing names and trademarks for designers, identifying designer clothing and/or accessories from distance, without the need to look at the tag, and actually creating a style of my own, which friends of mine know me for, and strangers remember me from.
Wanna know a little bit more? Just stay tuned. I'll show you the path ;)
My name is Frank, and I welcome you to my blog.
